Foslien is nearly an Eagle. Bullheads and Moosedogs weren’t at PLC. We need to
resolve patrol leadership. Peter will call patrol leaders. One scout at Eagle
Expo. Den chiefs needed. Will plug in newsletter. Webelos II need to visit the
troop. PLC needs a laminated planning sheet. Newsletter will include info on
troop meeting themes. Wyeth asked if Tenderfoots can be den chiefs. Policy is
minimum of First Class. Root River bike trip was great. Ten registered for Fred
C. outing. Webelos IIs could come as patrols maybe 10 to 4 one day. Nine
registered for Okpik, seven in cabins. Can accommodate 12 or 18. Right now we
have Miami site Aug 7-14 for Tomahawk. Could get other sites July 31-Aug 7.
Steve has been trying to arrange a switch with the troop that has Miami the week
before we do.

Advent Fair pancake breakfast, need signup. May need fundraiser in addition to
our own pancake breakfast. FOS by mail, then follow up at Court of Honor. Dues
and audit discussed.
Leader

Wyeth asked what we need. We should inventory our adult roster to see. New
leader essentials? Youth protection? Specific position fundamentals? Need to set
date for trainig in March.

Eagle boards of review need to be at formal setting. Any Leibel’s will likely be
soon at Mahtomedi City Hall. Troop Court of Honor, January 19th, 6:45, Kohler

to move camping gear from Klein to Ark garage. Keys for both needed. Steve
Lindlof is working on it.
Webelos

Pack 433 Arrow of Light March 18 Bridging at Fred C. April 2-4. Jim G. needs to
reserve a cabin. Scott proposes a couple of scouts and leaders do presentation
on troop to Webelos II.
Troop

Bullheads must elect leadership. Dennis observed elections are a bit too loose
as far as schedule. Suggested a couple af times a year. Decision: elections at
troop meetings in October and March.
