Cultural awareness thru activities.
- Klondike
derby Build a gateway with each patrol being
represented.

35% plus 5% for not going with the prizes. Plus an extra 10% for the first time
selling popcorn. 40% goes to
the boys account and 10% goes to the troop.
- John
Y. would like the Scout account proposal drafts to be
approved.
- Steve
L. will check on the insurance for the troop equipment.
Roundtable Report:
- Four
adults attended roundtable from our troop.
- Wyeht
will do adult training on March 11.
The district is also looking for adult
trainers.
- Scouting
for food will be on April 22.
- Merit
Badge Day.
- Star*fun
scout fair. on May 20. The PLC
voted to go camping at valley fair.
- Taking
nominations for district award of merit, star of the north and star of the
future (scout 18 years and younger).
- FOS
status. $15K or 20% of the
total.
- Breakout
was eagle advancement.
Newsletter:
- Newsletter
was sent out in December.
- Tom
was going to register Mahtomedi433.org.
Treasure
Report.
- Were
in good shape. We need to be
recharted so it will be another $1000 but the re-charting fees should cover
that.
Outings / Trip Reports:
- January
6-8 Ligar patrol outing. Spencer
/ Isak needs to plan the weekend outing.
- 9
scouts attended and worked on the citizenship in the world and
community.
- Klondike
fishing derby 2/4 10am->3pm The scouts will make a gateway with each
patrol being represented.
- The
boys suggest that maybe they could sell hot dogs and hot
chocolate
- There
will be rocket stands there to allow boys to launch rockets.
- Dutch
oven cooking and there will be samples at noon.
- Snowshoe
races.
- Trollhaugen
Ski Day 2/5/06, 3/5/06
- No
walking this year. Will get a
signup at the COA to see if there is interest in this.
- Merit
Badge Day - 2/11
- Okpik
Lee will be at the next two meetings taking possible signups. There are two
contingents.
- Scott
B. will be the adult leader.
Currently there are 12 scouts and we could take another 4 scouts and
6 adults. Camden will need to
get a doctors note on how to back out on Okpik.

Spring Fling. 4/21 ->

extreme camping 4/21 -> 4/32
- Lee
mentioned that no scout have contacted him about this camping
event.

will produce a signup sheet.

Council Valley Fair Day 5/20

voted to go camping at Valley Fair.

Outings
- Tomahawk
2006, Aug 6-13
- Lee
will work with Jim with to Tomahawk registration.
- We
should have a Tomahawk signup sheet at the next COH.
- Manypoint
Lee also asked about possible camping at Manypoint.
Recharting
- Recharting
needs to be complete by Jan. 31.
Get re-charter info back to Dennis
Scout Account
Setup
- John
Y. would like the Scout Account overview to be reviewed by the next committee
meeting. John will email
the overview out to review.
FOS
- The
Troop made the base goal and a couple $100 short of the stretch goal. Currently $4100 in donations with
about 1/3 of this in match.
Pancake
breakfast.
- Fred
K. will be the adult leader.
- Date
is May 7 and is fixed even though it conflicts with the spring
camporee.
Court of
Honor
- The
SPL and the communications merit badge scouts will assist on planning this
merit badge.
District Merit Badge Day, February
11.
- The
district is looking for Merit Badge councilors for the District Merit Badge
Day. They would like for the
scouts to finish the merit badge during the merit badge day, so some work on
the merit badge may be needed before the merit badge day.
Advancement:
- Eagle
projects
- Nick
Lindike finished the picnic tables over Christmas. They will need to be transported to
the site.
- Brad
Bartlet - Storage cabinets in the St. Judes Gym
and a cubby for the athletic directory office.
- One
or Two boy contacted Steve about possible future eagle
projects.
Training.
- University
of scouting.

Monday will be board of reviews.
