FOS
We’re right on track with meeting this years goal of $5800. With tonight’s numbers, we have $4800 of contributions and with matching funds we should achieve the goal. Meeting the goal we could we can a get a list of choices.
Patrol Mentors:
Each patrol has a mentor. We need to get current patrol rosters to each patrol. The mentors should advice the patrol leaders to call their patrols members to remind them to attend the scout meetings. The mentor programs has been positive and is a good start at straightening the troop. Patrols with small number of active scouts should be monitored to see if more participation could be encouraged or if the patrols could merge.
