District Fall Camporee
Plan on attending the Fall
Camporee, October 14-16 at Fred C. Anderson scout camp. Each troop will demonstrate cooking
techniques and delicious recipes. All
troops will eat together at a wonderful feast.

Personal
Fitness Merit Badge
Pam Schwarz will offer the Personal Fitness merit badge in
the spring for those scouts who have not started the badge. For scouts
needing to complete the badge, we will meet during the Oct 3rd and Oct 24th
troop meeting dates to complete the requirements. If a scout needs to
complete his testing requirements, testing will be held at the Mahtomedi High
School Track on October 8th and October 22nd at 8:00 a.m. and on October 3rd
and October 24th at 6:00p.m. Scouts should contact Pam if they have questions
or if they will be attending the testing dates. 651-770-8701.
Troop 433 Popcorn Sales Information

Popcorn order totals are due Mon. Oct.
24 Troop meeting

Pick up popcorn Sat. Nov. 12 and Sun.

All money is due Mon. Nov. 28 Troop
meeting
·
Scout accounts will be credited as soon
as we receive our commission check from the Council. Most likely before Jan. 15.
·
Checks rather than cash is preferred
·
All checks should be made out to Troop
433
·
When selling, wear your full uniform,
including your neckerchief
·
When
selling, no one is allowed to enter any house of a stranger
·
For convenience, collect the money at
the sale rather than at the delivery, because if you already have the money,
you can just drop off the popcorn if nobody is home
·
When selling door to door, introduce
yourself by name, say you’re with “Boy Scout Troop 433” and tell them you are
earning your way to summer camp with the money from the popcorn sales
·
Only one Scout has requested Internet
sales. Unless I receive more requests,
we will not offer Internet sales.
