Personal Fitness Merit Badge:

We will be working on the Personal Fitness Merit Badge over the summer. We will start on Monday June 12th at 6pm at the Mahtomedi High School Track. We will be doing:

-                 Requirement 4, discussing physical fitness

-                 Requirement 6, Baseline test. 1 mile run, sit-ups and push-ups (come dressed appropriately to do the testing.)
